 The vehicle models represented on the website are protected under copyright laws and articles L.511.1 and following of the Intellectual Property Code relating to the protection of registered models.

In terms of trademarks: three years of imprisonment and a fine of 300,000 euros for individuals (Article L 716-10 of the Intellectual Property Code), increased to four years of imprisonment and a fine of 400,000 euros for the importation or industrial production of counterfeit goods.

Trademark Rights

The name RENAULT, the RENAULT logo (diamond), the names of the vehicles in the RENAULT range and the products and services associated with them are registered trademarks of RENAULT.

Other trademarks are also mentioned; they are usually identified with capital letters. RENAULT uses them either with the authorization of their holder or as a simple indication of products or services offered by RENAULT.

Reproduction, imitation, use, or application of these trademarks without the prior authorization of RENAULT or their respective holders constitutes an offense of counterfeiting punishable by three years of imprisonment and a fine of 300,000 euros for individuals.
